Avison Young strengthens National Offices team with senior Manchester appointment

Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has announced the appointment of Dom Hoole as a Director in the firm’s National Offices team, based in Manchester. Dom joins the business from XIX, a specialist London office agency where he was a Partner.
Prior to this he was a Director at Colliers, where he spent more than five years advising a broad range of occupier clients across the London office market, after having started his career with Cushman & Wakefield across Singapore, Vietnam, Shanghai and London.
With Manchester’s office market growing in strength, with 392,000 sq ft of take-up in Q3 2025, as reported in Avison Young’s most recent Big Nine analysis, Dom joins the firm at a time of considerable momentum, with growing investment and a maturing development pipeline across the city.
In his role as Director in the National Offices team, he will service the full office sector, supporting existing clients and building on landlord, investor and developer clients along with strengthening and growing Avison Young’s occupier advisory capabilities. He brings with him over a decade of specialist occupier experience, including insight into global tenant trends, workplace schemes and occupier requirements.
Dom Hoole, Director, National Offices at Avison Young, said:
“Joining Avison Young in Manchester at such a pivotal moment for the city’s office market is an incredibly exciting opportunity. The city region is seeing sustained investment, ambitious development and a real appetite for high-quality workspace.
“After over a decade advising occupiers in London and internationally, I’m looking forward to bringing this experience to the North West, supporting Avison Young’s existing clients, strengthening our landlord and occupier offer, and helping the team secure and deliver standout projects across the city and wider region.”
Rupert Barron, Director, Manchester Office Agency at Avison Young, added:
“Dom’s appointment marks a significant step in the continued growth of our National Offices team. His depth of experience brings fresh insight into how global occupiers are thinking, working and investing.
“That knowledge is invaluable as we continue to elevate our advisory capabilities and deliver results for clients. Dom’s arrival adds energy and momentum to the team, and we’re very pleased to welcome him to Avison Young.”
