Avison Young announces 44 senior promotions across the UK 23 March 2026

Global real estate advisor Avison Young today announces 44 senior promotions across the business at Associate Director and Director levels. These team members have been recognised for their valuable contributions to their teams and clients, and for the important role they play within the business.

Twelve have stepped up to the role of Director, while 32 have been promoted to Associate Director level. This new cohort of emerging and senior leaders will be crucial to the ongoing delivery of the firm’s ambitions for 2026 and beyond, reinforcing its commitment to excellence across every aspect of the organisation.

In total, the promotions span across six of the regions Avison Young operates within, including Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, London, Manchester, and Newcastle, and encompasses eight key business groups: Building and Project Consultancy, Place, Rating and Technology, Business Solutions, Professional Advisory, Real Estate, Facilities, and Infrastructure Management, Leasing and Capital Markets.
