One Centenary Way
Set to become one of the city’s most iconic buildings – One Centenery Way’s exoskeletal design and sleek floor-to-ceiling glass, makes a big statement on the skyline. Recently completed, there are only four floors left to occupy in this building, alongside Goldman Sachs and Arup.
Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, with engineering input from Arup, One Centenary Way is a 68-metre tall, 13 storey, 280,000 sq ft commercial building with office, leisure, bar and restaurant uses on the ground floor.
