Paradise; Birmingham like you’ve never seen it before.

The £1.2 billion regeneration project putting Birmingham back on the map

Paradise is the most important development Birmingham has seen in a generation. In the past it was a place where arts, learning and commerce flourished side by side, and its latest transformation sees it inspiring a new generation of visitors, residents, thinkers and doers.

One Centenary Way

Set to become one of the city’s most iconic buildings – One Centenery Way’s exoskeletal design and sleek floor-to-ceiling glass, makes a big statement on the skyline. Recently completed, there are only four floors left to occupy in this building, alongside Goldman Sachs and Arup.

Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, with engineering input from Arup, One Centenary Way is a 68-metre tall, 13 storey, 280,000 sq ft commercial building with office, leisure, bar and restaurant uses on the ground floor.

The basement of the building features Birmingham’s first dedicated cycle hub with space for up to 400 bikes, showers, storage and maintenance facilities, all available to the public as well as Paradise occupiers.

The building is also highly sustainable with features including a pure electric heating and hot water supply system and steel produced using green energy. And, it’s packed with future-ready features including SMART access to services, information and facilities.

It’s an exciting opportunity to take part in Birmingham’s iconic next chapter…
