Tideway House is located on the southern edge of Old Deer Park on Park Lane in Richmond. Richmond railway station is conveniently situated approximately 250m to the east along with the town centre amenities including shops, cafes and restaurants. Park Lane is a quiet road with a mix of uses including residential, offices, community uses and light industrial. At the end of Park Lane is the large Council operated Old Deer Park Car Park and the Old Deer Park open space is beyond. Tideway House can be found close to the end of Park Lane, opposite the Royal Mail Delivery Office and adjacent to the entrance to the Old Deer Park Car Park.
