About Andy

Andrew is a Director within the Offices Team of Avison Young based in Birmingham (UK), focusing on office agency, development and related consultancy. 

With over 30 years’ experience in the commercial property market, he advises clients on the development, marketing, sale, letting and acquisition of commercial property throughout the wider Midlands region with a focus on the 'out of town' market. This experience has primarily been within the offices sector, advising both landlords and tenants on all aspects of the occupation and use of office buildings including refurbishment, master-planning and development strategy. Andrew also has considerable experience in the serviced office sector. 

Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the British Council for Offices and the Office Agents Society.
