About Chris

Chris Miller is an Associate Director within the Place Planning team in Scotland. Based in their Glasgow office, he is a commercially focused chartered planning consultant with over 20 years of experience in private and public sectors across the UK.

Chris has advised on a variety of major mixed-use development proposals, including; Buchanan Galleries for LandSec; Bon Accord Centre for Capreon; and Dundashill for Igloo Regeneration & Scottish Canals. Chris also continues to work with clients such as Aldi; Dobbies Garden Centres; Caffe Nero and NATS on a variety of developments.

He has significant experience of promoting sites through the development plan process, undertaking site appraisals, and submitting planning applications for a range of proposals. Chris also has experience of project management, organising multi-disciplinary teams; arranging and hosting stakeholder consultation events; negotiation and consultation through the planning process and discharge of planning conditions.
