About Chris

Chris is a Director in the Retail team based in Bristol and has over 35 years’ experience in all aspects of retail agency including acquisitions and disposals, development and investment/asset management in the South West, South Wales, Midlands and South of England. Chris is also active in lease advisory dealing with rent reviews, lease renewals and regears.

Chris acts for both landlords and tenants and current clients include, Capreon, Baylis Estates, Chase Park Properties, B&NES, Bristol City Council, Tui, Clarks, Mountain Warehouse, Deichmann, Sainsburys/Argos, Holland & Barrett, Boots Hearingcare, Sue Ryder, Wild Things Play Project and Coventry Building Society.  

Recent development advice includes the sale of a 2 acre site at Cribbs Causeway Bristol to Aldi and lettings to Jaguar Land Rover, Planet Ice, Greggs and Costa Coffee. Chris has also provided advice and research in a number of Local Authority town centre studies in the South West and South Wales.
