Chris is a Director in Avison Young’s Valuations team, responsible for delivering expert valuation advice across all types of commercial property throughout the North West and UK. His experience spans loan security valuations, company accounts, Section 18 advice, development consultancy, and portfolio valuations. Chris specialises in advising on complex assets including university buildings, redevelopment opportunities, and public sector schemes. He is expert in IFRS-compliant reporting and Depreciated Replacement Cost valuations and works with a broad client base including national retailers, local authorities, blue-chip corporate landlords and tenants as well as leading UK developers.
