David is an Associate Director in Avison Young's Bristol planning team, bringing more than 17 years of planning experience across the East of England, London and the South West.

Based in Bristol, David works alongside the team's directors and principal on some of the city's most significant planning projects, helping clients navigate the application process, manage negotiations and engage with stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes. He has a strong track record across a broad range of sectors, including office, residential and retail, and brings a depth of knowledge and a clear, pragmatic approach to every instruction.

David is passionate about complex, large-scale projects that drive meaningful change to the urban environment, and plays an active role in shaping Bristol's continued growth and regeneration.
