His expertise includes identifying new business opportunities and delivering strategic, high-quality solutions to key clients.

Key clients include Legal & General, Aberdeen Standard, IM Properties, St Modwen, PLP, Canal and River Trust, Assa Abloy, Hitachi Energy, and ABB. The Birmingham Industrial team has transacted approximately 3 million sq ft of space in the past year and is actively engaged in some of the Midlands’ flagship development schemes.
