Emma is a Planner in Avison Young's Bristol office, bringing MRTPI-qualified expertise to a broad range of planning projects across Bristol and the South West region.

Working within a specialist planning team, Emma advises clients on navigating the planning system, supporting applications, policy work and development strategy across a variety of sectors and property types. She combines strong technical planning knowledge with a practical, client-focused approach, helping to deliver positive outcomes throughout the planning process.
