George Roberts is Principal and President of Avison Young's UK and Ireland business. He leads strategy, growth and operations across the region, working with UK, Irish and global leadership to expand the platform across capital markets, leasing and advisory.

George brings more than 30 years of experience in real estate and professional services. Before joining Avison Young, he led the UK and Ireland business at Cushman & Wakefield, driving performance, growth and client engagement across the region.

George is focused on helping clients make insights-led, data-driven decisions and execute them with confidence. He is particularly passionate about bringing market intelligence, global insight and technology together to deliver meaningful outcomes for clients.
