James is an Associate Director in Avison Young’s London Planning Team. He provides commercially minded advice as both a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor.

James advises on development schemes across the country, with a focus on sites in rural and coastal locations. His experience spans the leisure sector including projects at day visitor attractions, golf courses, function/events venues, and holiday parks.

James also has wider experience in advising on residential, retail, industrial, and life science schemes.
