Joel is a Director in Real Estate, Facilities and Infrastructure Management, advising public sector clients on the strategic management of complex property portfolios across the UK. His current focus includes estate strategy, operational property planning, and infrastructure delivery. Prior to this, he spent over 15 years in restructuring and recovery, supporting lenders and insolvency practitioners with valuation, asset strategy and property solutions. A Chartered Surveyor, Registered Valuer and Fixed Charge Receiver, he is known for his clear, practical advice and deep understanding of complex property challenges.
