About Kerry

Kerry is a Director in Avison Young's Valuation Advisory Services team, based in Glasgow. A Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with over 20 years of experience, Kerry provides expert property valuations and strategic advice across a diverse range of sectors, with particular expertise in public sector property and niche private sector assets including whisky distilleries.

Kerry specialises in valuations for financial statements and has extensive experience in the valuation of specialised assets on a Depreciated Replacement Cost (DRC) basis. She works with clients to navigate complex valuation challenges for financial reporting, loan security, acquisition, and strategic planning, delivering robust, well-reasoned advice tailored to their specific needs. Kerry is also actively involved in Avison Young's Women's Network and mentoring programme, supporting the next generation of professionals entering the industry.
