Mark is a key member of the Manchester Office Agency team, advising clients including Bruntwood, Legal and General and Royal London Asset MAnagement on the acquisition and disposal of office space across the city and wider North West. With a strong understanding of the regional market, he is a trusted advisor to both institutional and local landlords. Mark has delivered a range of successful transactions, including the 25,000 sq ft letting to Kacoo at Fabrica and 22,600 sq ft to Convergys at Regent Place. He also recently acquired 6,000 sq ft in Manchester city centre on behalf of Urbanbubble. Known for his straightforward approach and attention to detail, Mark supports clients in navigating the region’s fast-evolving office landscape with confidence.
