Matt is a Chartered Town Planner with over ten years’ experience as a planning professional involved in residential-led mixed-use developments. He specialises in housing and mixed-use regeneration projects with experience advising private sector developers, affordable housing providers and local authorities in London and the South East. Expertise in negotiating complex planning permissions, unlocking constrained urban sites and navigating multi-phased regeneration.

He is a member of the London Planning Team and is currently involved in a range of projects across London and the wider South East.
