About Nick

Nick is a Principal leading Avison Young's London Planning team, comprising approximately 30 specialist planning consultants delivering planning permissions for development across London and South East England.

With over 20 years of planning consultancy experience, the team specialises in residential and mixed-use development, large-scale urban regeneration, town centre redevelopment, new neighbourhoods and urban extensions, alongside Higher Education, industrial, and senior living schemes. This is complemented by strong expertise in Local Plan promotion, development plan representations, and expert witness work across planning inquiries, CPO hearings and the Lands Tribunal.

Acting for a broad range of private and public sector clients - including landowners, developers, housebuilders, investors, financial institutions and local authorities. Nick and the broader team focus on delivering consents and supporting clients through navigating complex planning processes.
