About Nick

Nick is a Principal (Senior Director), who is responsible for leading Avison Young’s London Planning team.

He has over 20 years’ advisory experience focused on large scale residential, mixed use, town centre, and Higher Education development in London and the South East. He works with a diverse range of clients across the private and public sectors including landowners, developers, investors, institutions, and government organisations. His expertise is focused on using the planning system to unlock development opportunities and to create economic, social, and environmental value for his clients and the communities in which he works.
