Nicky Knight, Head of Service Charge and Insurance Consultancy, has 20 years’ experience evaluating and reviewing service charge and insurance costs for occupiers and landlords across the public and private sectors throughout the UK and Europe. 
 
Nicky identifies strategic opportunities to mitigate risks for landlords and reduce outgoings for occupiers. An experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of service charges and insurance, including best practice, Nicky has successfully negotiated significant reductions in liability for her occupier clients, as well as working with landlords to improve transparency and compliance. She also undertakes training seminars internally and externally on service charges and best practice and is part of a working group for the 2025 edition of the RICS professional standard: service charges in commercial property.
