About Nicola

Nicola is an Associate Director in Avison Young's Planning, Development and Regeneration team, based in the Bristol office. She brings a breadth of planning experience that spans both the public and private sectors across England and Wales.

Nicola began her career in local government, where she developed a thorough grounding in planning enforcement and LPA processes, experience she draws on to build strong, collaborative relationships with planning officers and navigate the planning system with unique insight. From there, she moved into private consultancy, working across a wide range of applications and instructions before joining Avison Young, where her expertise continues to span residential, retail and commercial development.

Nicola's first-hand understanding of the local planning process, combined with a practical, solutions-focused approach, makes Nicola a valued advisor to clients.
