About Olivia

Olivia has nine years’ experience working in private sector planning consultancy. She is a Chartered Town Planner (MRTPI) and advises on land uses including residential, purpose-built student accommodation, education, hotel, life sciences, leisure, and industrial/logistics in London and the wider southeast.

Olivia has developed specific expertise in the student accommodation and hotel markets within London, having worked on prominent brownfield sites within town centres and opportunity areas. She also has experience navigating multi-phased large-scale regeneration and EIA development in the context of complex townscape and heritage challenges including London’s protected views and Grade I/II*/II listed buildings. 

Outside of London, Olivia has worked with major housebuilders delivering new settlements along with the necessary social and civil infrastructure to support significant new residential and employment uses. 

Olivia leads multi-disciplinary teams to optimise planning outcomes and provides clients with commercially minded advice and context-specific, responsive planning strategy. Olivia takes a proactive approach to engagement with emerging planning policy, frequently submitting representations on behalf of clients to ensure the development industry’s views, experience and priorities are communicated.
