About Omar

Omar is a Chartered Surveyor, RICS Registered Valuer and HypZert MLV Valuer with more than 25 years of experience across the real estate sector. Based in Avison Young's London office, he advises banks, investors, pension funds, REITs and corporate occupiers on valuation matters. His career has spanned both private practice and client-side roles, giving him a broad commercial perspective. Having worked across EMEA, including several years in Central and Eastern Europe, Omar brings an international outlook to investment, development and asset management projects. He has also supported the development of the next generation of professionals as a postgraduate tutor and RICS APC assessor.
