About Paul

Paul is a Chartered Town Planner, based in the London office with multi-sector experience across all regions of the UK.

Paul joined Avison Young in 2021 following four and half years as a Planning Officer in the public sector. In his previous role he worked across a variety of development projects in Urban, Green Belt and Rural locations including housing, leisure and agriculture. Paul has extensive experience in dealing with Planning Enforcement matters and at Planning Appeal having twice appeared as an expert witness at Planning Inquiry.

Since joining the team in 2021, Paul works closely with leading National tourism and leisure operators to maximize their development potential and secure planned growth. Paul works throughout England, Scotland and Wales across all leisure sectors specialising in planning projects at holiday resorts and hotels. Paul also holds a seconded role for a major UK Holiday Park operator.
