About Peter

Pete manages the Bristol Planning Team and has over 19 years of experience advising a wide range of public and private sector clients. Pete is experienced in developing and implementing the strategies required to deliver valuable planning permissions and is currently engaged in major projects in the mixed-use, housing, leisure and commercial sectors. The majority of Pete’s work entails major, complex projects that require very careful planning and technical due diligence, visioning, masterplanning, stakeholder engagement, policy challenges, regular monitoring and reporting into clients, alongside the negotiation of complex conditions and s106 Agreements.

Pete is currently working on the promotion of the Buckover Garden Village for St Modwen and the Tortworth Estate; the masterplan SPD for the Cyber Central Garden Community Cheltenham; the delivery of Locking Parklands urban extension in North Somerset; Kings Quarter regeneration in central Gloucester; and The Bristol Wave, artificial surfing lake in South Gloucestershire.
