Sonas Bathrooms agrees lease for 60,000 sq ft Redditch industrial facility Alto 60

Global commercial real estate advisor Avison Young has facilitated the letting of Alto 60, a new high-specification industrial warehouse in Redditch, to bathroom design and supply business Sonas Bathrooms.

The 60,801 sq ft speculative development, situated in a well-established commercial location in the West Midlands, will enable the bathroom brand to expand its operations in the UK, and meet the needs of its growing customer base and workforce.

The property, designed for sustainability and operational efficiency, possesses a BREAAM Excellent certification and an EPC A rating, and features smart energy solutions, including solar power and modern climate control, resulting in a future-ready space for Sonas Bathrooms.

Home to a thriving manufacturing sector and a strong local workforce, Redditch is a growing strategic location for occupiers seeking a well-connected, centrally located base. Situated 16 miles south of Birmingham and in proximity to the M5 and M42 motorways, the town provides easy access to major business hubs and international airports.

Avison Young acted on behalf of Custodian Capital in the deal, alongside Garrison Real Estate, with Band Capital advising Sonas Bathrooms.
