Leveraging seven years of experience in Sustainability in Real Estate, Stephen implements best practice sustainable operational standards, drives improvement in ESG performance and acts as the ESG lead across key operational initiatives.

Stephen has worked with some of the UK’s leading investors, helping to shape responsible investment strategies, supporting the transition to low-carbon portfolios, and managing both physical and transition risks. His experience means clients benefit from clear, practical advice that aligns sustainability goals with investment performance and long-term asset resilience.
