Tom has over 14 years’ experience as a professional planning consultant operating within the Central London market.

Tom advises on all land-use sectors including hotel, office, residential, student, co-living, hospital, retail and leisure. His advice is commercially-minded and he has an extensive track record of success on some of the most complex and challenging urban projects in the capital, including tall buildings, demolition justification, Grade I/II*/II listed buildings and multi-phased developments.

Tom provides expert town planning advice on all types of development including minor, medium, major and EIA projects. His services cover planning strategy, leading multi-disciplinary teams through the planning process, engagement with decision makers and stakeholders, and the submission of all types of planning applications. He also acts on delivery stage and has extensive experience securing amendments to improve the buildability and deliverability of consented schemes.
