- Take-up for mid-box sheds in the Midlands has grown for three consecutive quarters, totalling almost 600,000 sq ft.
- This is being driven by activity in the East Midlands which has experienced the highest level of quarterly take up since Q2 2022 and which is higher than the combined total of the two previous quarters.
- Avison Young enquiry data shows that mid-box industrial units in the region continue to grow in demand, accounting for 49% of all enquiries received in Q1 2025, up from a 39% share in Q4 2024.
