Tom is a Principal and joint head of department in Avison Young’s South East team, where he is responsible for overseeing and developing Avison Young’s investment business. Tom joined Avison Young in June 2016 and benefits from an investment career stretching back 10 years, during which time he worked for Capita and Gerald Eve. Day to day he provides investment and consultancy advice across the business space sectors focusing on the office market to a wide range of clients which include UK Institutions, Property Companies and Private Individuals.
